(1888PressRelease) In-Shape Health Clubs, ranked one of the top 20 health club companies in the US, and Marpo Kinetics, makers of the fitness-industry lauded VMX Rope Trainer, have partnered once again to take an interactive approach to promoting fitness and health by hosting two Marpo 60-Second Challenge events on February 23 at two locations in California's East Bay region.
Gym members and the general public are welcome to participate in the event from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at In-Shape Sport, Pittsburg located at 4300 Delta Gateway Boulevard and In-Shape Sport, Modesto located at 2700 McHenry Ave.
"This was a fantastic event when we held it in Concord! We had members go two and three times to try and out-do one another, and the competition was fun for onlookers too. I can't wait for the events in Pittsburg and Modesto," said Jason Seymore, District Manager, In-Shape Sport in Concord.
"We were really able to open up a lot of people's perceptions of what it means to do cardio. I often come across trainers and gym members that are looking for an effective cardio tool aside from your standard treadmill run. Offering equipment that provides effective and versatile functional strength and cardio training is something we're very proud of. In-Shape Health Clubs have always been a big advocate of providing fitness equipment that works for their members," says Marius Popescu, founder and CEO of Marpo Kinetics.
In-Shape trainers will offer gym tours and answer fitness and membership questions. The public is welcome, and if last year's event was any indication, it will be a great time for all.
