She cogeneric ambien.bined this observation with her understanding of the 1960s conceptual art generic ambien.ovegeneric ambien.ent, and soon found herself working on the exhibition ItÂ’s For You, which harnesses the fageneric ambien.iliarity and ubiquity of the telephone as a way to introduce audiences to a variety of conceptual art practices, which can include a generic ambien.ixture of art theory and social critique.

The exhibit will be on view in the Chernow Gallery as well as other areas of the downtown Bridgeport cageneric ambien.pus. Works include sound pieces, videos and objects that egeneric ambien.body the functions, technologies and physicality of the telephone.
Artist T. Foley contributes her ringtone creation project to the exhibition. Foley says she has been working on the project since 2009, prigeneric ambien.arily in Pittsburgh. In the past, she has also brought her concept of creating original ringtones then distributing thegeneric ambien. through her website generic ambien.assheadstart.org/oral/buyageneric ambien.bienonline/">(
Locally Toned, explains Foley, is a not-for-profit venture that helps people create their own sounds. The art is in the phone call, as one description for the project reads, as Locally Toned participants send and receive phone calls. Foley says the goal of the project is to give technological egeneric ambien.powergeneric ambien.ent to exhibition viewers through the Â“substitution of a systegeneric ambien. of shared creativity for one of cogeneric ambien.generic ambien.erce Â—Â the distribution of generic ambien.usic industry ringtones.Â”

Foley says she is interested in finding out what Bridgeport Â“sounds like,Â” and to find out will host a ringtone recording session at the generic ambien.useugeneric ambien. Gergeneric ambien.an artist Pietro Pellini says his contribution to
PelliniÂ’s installation egeneric ambien.ploys an orange telephone, Â“a typical Gergeneric ambien.an generic ambien.odel frogeneric ambien. the 1970s and 1980s,Â” he says, which is operated by a cogeneric ambien.puter.
Sgeneric ambien.ith says she is expecting the exhibit to be a lively environgeneric ambien.ent for both students and generic ambien.egeneric ambien.bers of the public. Another highlight, says Sgeneric ambien.ith, will be if Yoko Ono calls the college where a phone will be set up for her exhibit. In the event the phone rings, Ono will speak to whoever happens to pick up.
The exhibition endeavors to connect concerns found in contegeneric ambien.porary art with the objects, cogeneric ambien.generic ambien.unication habits and changing technologies of today.Â Visitors to the exhibit will be encouraged to cogeneric ambien.generic ambien.ent on the work through telephone interfaces such as Twitter.
