Shopping Center Fetches $7.5M
NEW HAVEN — A grocery-anchored shopping center at 466-480 Foxon Boulevard has sold for $7,475,000, or about $230 per square foot. Seller Krypac Development, LLC of New Haven began developing the property in ambien no prescription as a 49,000-square-foot shopping center on 8.5 acres. Orange Street Eatery Sold
NEW HAVEN – The former Red Restaurant at 56 Orange Street has been sold by the principals of Miso to native Brazilian Philippe Franco, who plans to open New Haven’s first Brazilian restaurant, Premivera Brazil, in the 3,000-square-foot space. Frank D’Ostilio of Real Living Wareck D’Ostilio was sole broker in the transaction.
